To accelerate its growth and visibility in the Italian and Spanish markets, Weborama, the Data Intelligence Platform, is hiring two seasoned professionals as the digital advertising landscape undergoes a major shift with the imminent removal of third-party cookies.
Antonio Masucci has been appointed as the General Manager of Weborama Italy, the Italian subsidiary of Weborama, The Data Intelligence Platform. In charge of the Business & Operations teams, he will work alongside Mykim Chikli, CEO EMEA of Weborama, to guide advertisers and publishers in this ever-evolving market. His responsibilities include identifying the most relevant insights and implementing powerful media activation strategies.
With over twenty years of experience in the digital advertising sector, Antonio Masucci possesses a deep understanding of the needs of advertisers and publishers, especially in publishing, having served as the CEO of Sport Outdoor Network, an online advertising network specializing in outdoor sports, for eleven years after spending six years as a Customer Success Manager at Casa Editrice Scode.
Ishaq Platero assumes the role of Commercial Director for Weborama Spain, where he will work closely with Raquel López de la Torre, General Manager of the Spanish subsidiary, to address new challenges posed by the disappearance of cookies and the reinforcement of privacy.
With over twenty years of experience in the digital advertising and media industry, Ishaq Platero brings his in-depth understanding of the Retail Media ecosystem, a significant current market challenge, to Weborama. He has previously held sales leadership positions in several adtech companies, including Sizmek and MediaMath (Southern Europe region). He later served as the Regional Director for Europe at Adsmovil, Spain’s leading mobile advertising network, before becoming the Commercial Director of Reetmo, another major advertising network specializing in Retail Media.
These two appointments come at a time when the Italian and Spanish digital advertising markets are also undergoing significant upheaval with the impending removal of third-party cookies and new privacy standards for users.
