Alain Levy, Chairman and Managing Director of Weborama
Following a career in international business and a taste of entrepreneurship in Russia, Alain Levy founded Startup Avenue in 1999 with his business partner and childhood friend Daniel Sfez. Providing specialist support and consultancy services for new businesses, Startup Avenue was involved in developing Weborama from the very outset. With links between Weborama and Startup Avenue reinforced in 2005, it was only natural that Alain Levy should join Weborama%u2019s executive team as Chairman. Alain Levy is a graduate of ENPC business school and the Boston MIT.
Daniel Sfez, Associate Director
Daniel Sfez graduated from both Dauphine University (financial and accounting science and techniques) and HEC business school before working for the Société Générale where he held the position of international director of bonds and derivatives. In 1999, he joined forces with Alain Levy to create Startup Avenue. Since Weborama%u2019s IPO, he has been acting as company representative for investors.
Rodolphe Rodrigues, Managing Director of the Weborama Connection division
After obtaining a DEA (post graduate qualification) in molecular chemistry and physics in 1993, Rodolphe Rodrigues went on to complete a doctoral thesis at the laboratory of molecular physics and applications. He is well-versed in statistical and mathematical methods. In June 1997, he came up with the Weborama project and in May 1998 founded the limited liability company with Sunny Paris and François Chassaing. %u201CToday, Weborama is a well-established company that endorses our own home-grown economic model of e-marketing and profiling.%u201D
Laurence Bonicalzi Bridier, Associate Director
Alongside Rodolphe Rodrigues, founder member of Weborama, she is responsible for developing Weborama Connection.
Her career has been built around pioneering projects in similar areas. She quickly became internet development director within the advertising sales department of the daily newspaper Libération. In 2001, she joined the team that launched 20 Minutes, a daily newspaper, in France, where she assumed the role of sales, marketing and communications manager until 2006. In 2007, she played an active role in the Axel Springer group%u2019s project to launch a French daily newspaper.
Mathieu Roche, Managing director of the Weborama Solution division
Mathieu Roche graduated from the ICN business school (Nancy) and holds an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. Following spells at Hewlett Packard and Deloitte Consulting, he joined Startup Avenue at the beginning of 2000, responsible for analysing investment dossiers, including that of Weborama. After working on the company%u2019s IPO, he joined Weborama in the autumn of 2006 as Deputy Managing Director in charge of operations and development.
François Chassaing, Technical Director
François Chassaing began his career establishing the early stages of local company networks. Having worked in numerous areas of IT (hardware, software, networks and telecommunications), he became experienced in various aspects of high availability technical architectures. He was also one of the first Linux experts. He co-founded Weborama SA in 1998, built his own technical infrastructure and today heads up the team in charge of its management. To this end he has implemented numerous innovative solutions, enabling Weborama to guarantee the quality and consistency of its services.
Nicolas Rochelemagne, Research and Development Director
With an EPITA degree in engineering, specialising in cognitive science and advanced IT, Nicolas Rochelemagne joined Weborama following a spell at Business Objects. He is responsible for implementing and managing the company%u2019s technologies and solutions.
